so sick!

so much to comment but 1stly... stupid bm_jpg!!! not reflecting again!! *grumble* if it is the site down then why is the song playing? if it is the link cmd then why did it run so well last night? *argh*

i am having terrible gastro-pain. score 2! bearable but irriated should not had drank that milky drink. cuz i don't tolerant milk well. *sigh*

read the New Paper this morning and found it so amused that the hardcopy paper is actually doing articles on the softcopy blogs! what is the big ho-ha about blogs and their owners. if they want to talk abt dogs or their daily events or even their babies' stinko poo then be it so. what is the entire thing of trying to understand why singapore bloggers are so different with those of other nationalities? is it singapore mindset that everything that it has or host must be compared and contested? and i totally disagree with what Ms Wendy had to say. Why is she always talking about others exposing themselves as a grimmick to attract hits? get done with the whole issue pls! if you are unapproving of the action, say it once and make yourself clear. no point poking into the same sore spot over and over again. move on! is it something to do with the age?! *sigh* but i must admit she is gaining some influence here in singapore. i hope she will use it wisely (good networking will surely land her in some great jobs in years to come!) but she ought to realise that with great power comes great responsibility. oh well... at least her english is better than mine, so i do give her the due respect. RV girl... should have some standard. if not...won't it be such a great disgrace to her teachers.

i like AdelineWoon's article on the Dove advertisment. basically i love the Dove ad. those on the bus especially. Boy or Babe? - the lady model had such short hair that can pass off as a male, if not for her pretty looks! honoring the body as it was made. that is the way to go! learning to love who you are. i don't hate my body but i hope it will be better. if only the world love the over-sized and honor the pure in heart. by over-size here i don't mean people who passively allow themselves to be unhealthy and fat by eating non-stop (when they know they should not!) i am referring to those who had done what they can or are still on the road of improving themselves (basically people who honor their own body!) and are still in the bigger size range. err... don't start me on another long story on this.... =) anyway i just found out that Dove.com has this Self Esteem Fund for girls scout age 8-14. http://www.campaignforrealbeauty.com/supports.asp?id=93&length=short&section=campaign that's great. they have my 100% support! *mental thot-> throw out all my other brand stuff and start using Dove!*
