genrotology is not just about elderly. to be a nurse for these batch of people, one must posses great quality of care, be sensitive and well-presented before the patients and family members.

posted to the ward that i am in, i realised that the condition of the patients varies from medical to surgical to even mild psychotic! so i must really read up on the conditions, on top of the very important elderly assessment scales!

but now i am just too tired to do that... *yawn* i hope i will get matched up with very nice and cheerful staff tomor! i really hope to learn more in this place that i am in now... *smile + yawn yawn*
