angry part II (this time its not me)
wanted to post this yesterday but didn't cuz was busy with some other things. anyway, "angry part II" is based on the same ms.instructor (aka BITCH) that i was so angry with days ago. although i am not angry anymore, she was still tortmenting some other girls (trainee).

before i relate the incident from a 3rd person pt of view let me tell you something i was quite surprise myself. yes, it is related to ms.instructor... remembered how i regretful i was in my "big picture, small picture" entry? oh well... i apologised to ms. instructor regarding my attitude and behavior the other night. surprise?! oh well, don't be! cuz i am a little surprised by myself too. haha... i don't know if ms. instructor is or not but she seems to be in a good mood today. *shrud*

what happened yesterday... a trainee was assessed by ms. instructor to prime a line for a client. before that she had to check a few things, 1 of it was to ensure the entry point was not blocked. so trainee girl prepared hep n/s (its just a lingo) with the intention to flush the entry with it. BUT SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO DO IT YET! DANGEROUS!!! *red light blinking* of cuz she didn't do it cuz ms. instructor stopped her. ms. instructor bite on this area and started "lecturing" trainee girl. trainee girl cried, she defended herself by saying that she prepared it but was not intending to bolus it in. ms. instructor commented that trainee girl should had told her, the "lecturing" difting off to focus on trainee girl's communication skill, language power, blah blah blah...
my take on the issue... trainee girl is no angel.
- trainee girl actually wanted to bolus the hep n/s to ensure patency of the entry point. how do i know? cuz she sort of "argued" with me on that she had been taught on giving bolus and that the school taught her the need to check patency of the line. i was not conviced by her cuz i know bolus was taught in final year. she wasn't sure of the action of hep n/s too. DANGEROUS!! *red light alert*
- trainee girl really really has no inter-personal skill! when she asked me questions there was no please, thank you or even excuse me. i am not prideful, ok, when i say i am her senior in training but even if i am not...i am still a person right? you don't call another person (whom is not your close close close friend) to come over by saying "come over here" ...right?! where is her manners?! maybe PRC got different culture!? if i want to be sensitive about things i can get all bitchy and stuff. but since i had worked closely with a PRC in my ex-company, i know most of the time they don't mean to be rude. they are just not that sensitive to others. (put it plainly they are just a little more crude than us) so i agree on ms. instructor that trainee girl needs to improve her communication skill sia...
