angry!!

i am angry! just very very angry (ok... i had cool down alot more already but still...)
some people although given the title/ rank as a teacher/instructor simply don't act the way they ought to!

what is a teacher/ instructor? it is someone that promote learning in the life of her/his students. if a teacher/ instructor is only good in making someone feel terrible or simply imparting knowledge. then i tell you such people are a totally failure. NO!! i don't believe in the idea of "even if my student hates me as long as they can score well and do what i tell them to, that is ok with me" stuff it!!! no learning would had taken place! so if that happens then the motto or the goal of a teacher/ instructor would had been breached! thus that person is a total FAILURE!

a teacher/ instructor may not enjoy the love of all her/his students but that teacher/ instructor must gain at least the respect from her/ his students! how then can a teacher/ instructor gain the respect?!
purely by the title given (which does not work all the time!)
by having the skill, knowledge and experience (works all the time!)
being a role model- being responsible, etc (works all the time too!)
being a senior-age, skill, experience (may not work all the time)

out of these 4 qualities that i listed, that BITCH that i am so angry with scores only 1.5!!! she got the title but in terms of skill and knowledge she claims to be XXT trained so can't comment much on the current discipline that we are in but i give her a 0.5 score cuz she has after all work for a couple more years in this field more than anyone of us.

BUT BUT BUT.... she is no role model!!! on the 1st day of our work under her, she was not in. we were left without a leader. she didn't even inform or get anyone to cover her duties! knowing that we will be here, she is not around! -10 points on that! she commented stuff that she should not cuz its more like gossiping rather than concern. -10 points again! she is often not around to teache us and when she is around she makes everyone upset! -10 points and -10 points again!!! basically to me she is a STUPID BIMBO!!! put on makeup and act smart only. can't even explain things to us to make us think/ feel she is intelligent!! STUPID BIMBO!!

yes, my 1st impression of her sucks and it remains til now! thus everything that she does make me puke! impress me BITCH! ops... my pyscho lecture will lament me for forming such terrible 1st impression (judging) without 1st trying to understand her 1st. BUT I AM ONLY HUMAN!!!
