going back to school?

i like learning new things. things that tickles my mind or allows me to explore into new areas of interest. my current job as a nurse provides all these! (yes, i am in a happy mood. =))

facing 13 different patients with 13 different diagnosis compels me to dig up a little more. what are the different test orders, why and how are they carried out. facing patients of different discipline also borden my scope of understanding. although i do have times hating all the different stuff that we need to complete within a short short time, with some great help things are still managable so far. =)

really? MSW is 1 tough job! i know cuz lots of my patients are on social help. while most are grateful for the help, some take it for granted and can even be abusive!

i had seen MSW being 'trashed' by a patient's son just because they don't fall into the group where max. help is rendered due to some mean testing thing. and there are people that refused to work and get admitted for every little thing so they can get lodging, food and 'maids' to do things for them at the expense of the taxpayerS!!! roarrrr....
