1 happy day and a can of ensure

hmm... today was a surprisely good day for me. although i was on morning (which i totally hate!) and the fact it being a weekday (which means lots of discharges and changes), it was a pleasently relax day!!! wow!!! O_O!!

maybe its the students or the extra PCA trainees?! but anyway, it was good day for me. =P got the time to joke and laugh. oh!! maybe its the people that i was working with?! or?! maybe its my mood?! aiyo.. so many possible factors.

but today after a short break to the house-man canteen, i was left smiling from my heart! =)) i saw my dearest lecturer MDM YAP!! =) i love her, manz... she is professional and cool and 100% real in dealing with anybody and anything! my role model! =) and i saw my favourite MOs and HOs today!! (current and some ex-s) so happy to see them!!

so it helps to get out of the ward for breaks. taking a break from the same old faces and the routine of work. just the sight of an old friend, ex-patient relatives or admirable staffs... wow... that makes my day! aren't i easy to be contended?!

during the "talk crap" time, we asked dietian ms Pauline (err wats her surname?!) how to lose weigh and she grumbled that SN. always ask her this question. her usual reply was "drink 4 cans of ensure a day and nothing else." in that way 1 can lose up to 1 kg/ month!! wow... Nisa and i heard it and we were totally stun!! "really?" we grasped! but the challegen would be having the will power not to want to taste other food.

hmm... being through sessions of detoxing (ie. drink only fruits and vegetables juice) i think i can do it for a week. and if it really works then its cool!! haha... maybe then i will concern booking an appointment with ms Pauline. so i bought 1 can of ensure (vanilla) for tasting. its still sitting on the kitchen top. let me master enough courage (not to puke), try it and give everyone a feedback! haha.... =P

i am actually trying to rope Nisa to share a carton of ensure and start this "project" together!! power in strength and unity mah... hahaha... lets see ba.... =P
