its coming true!!! scary??

i had previously blog about people leaving. well... its almost coming true!! i knew of a staff that had been offered by another hospital for office hours clinic position. and she is really keen to move over as it will benefit her family and eventually her travelling time. then there is another staff that had been asked personally by the ADN to rotate to another ward! aiyoo... so much changes awaits. usually i will be all emotional and upset but this time, i think i am growing numb to it already.

if these people truly leave the team. i will surely miss them even if i might not had been very approving of her working style. i'll wish them all the best and hope we will stay in touch.
