my current baseline for monitor is
wt=84kg, (to loose 10kg by end of dec=2kg/month, from now)
target exercise routine=swimming 2-3X a week, total=10-15 lapes/wk
food=reduce fried stuff, sugary junk (tat includes tea w milk), oily others
spendings=restrict taxi rides to max $30/ month (which means ~3 trips to sch)
sleeping pattern= sleep before 11pm
