this is a big bun, stuffed with meat and egg. it was not all that great after i tried it the 2nd time. maybe it was cold already that's why. but i ate my char siew bao. too bad i did not have the picture to show. the bao-dough was good-soft and fluffy. that was all i was looking forward to eat...
