blood cleansing diet
interesting topic. how does one do blood cleansing? get a total blood replacement or simply drain of all the blood?
celery is a natural anti-oxidant and tomatoe is suppose to be good for the blood renewal (these are all base on experience and hear-say) also carrort is a good source of vit.
my intial idea of my 3 days cleansing was to drink celery juice in the morning and eating raw vegetables and fruits. however laziness set in and i was just eating celery instead of drinking. i do believe that drinking it will be more effective than simply eating it. as fluid is more easy to absorb.
so what is the benefit of these 3 days? for 1 my tummy is visibly flatter due to the decompressed intestines in it. however the will power is so weak! i was craving for cakes and noodles on day 1 and by day 2 i was getting sick of celery! but i need to press on! finally day 3... everything is over...
is my blood cleaner? i have no idea. i don't feel very different. i don't feel lighter, more energised nor clearer minded. in fact, i do feel tired. my skin still itch. =(
although no outward manifestation of the benefit of the cleansing diet, it does not means it did not work. body is a wonderful thing. maybe my body has too much cleansing to do. afterall years of build up of toxin from processed food, meat product and drugs(medication), cleansing for 3 days is not really enough.
so what is the wayforward? i will try to eat responsibly for the next few weeks and try the cleansing diet again in a few weeks time. the target will be to cleanse once a month. although by right for the initial few times it should be at least once fornightly, i think that is too much for me. so i will do it hopefully once in 2 months. =p
