med vs surg, B vs C

for those that who know wat i am doing may have some idea what med and surg are. basically its the discipline medical or surgical. err... if you need me to explain then err... maybe you would like to skip reading this entry (cuz i am very tired and lazy to do that lar). B and C are the classes.

i like surg. over med. cuz there's more action. and it have more things to do. the only excitment in a med ward is the med and doc round. but in a chronic patient there is nothing much but pallative so there is nothing much to do. not that i am evil and want people to have eventfully stay but really when there isn't much to do its really tiring waiting for the time to move. oh anyway in med ward (where i am now) the drugs are so many and there are lots of control drugs to give that it really troublesome to serve at my current level. *sigh*

B vs C. C wins hands down. although C is big and 'cheap' but the fact is as a SN no matter what class you are in you are still caring for 12 people what... in C there is a proper station for staff to sit at and do paper work wherelse in B there is none. staff have to stand at the corridor with the file trolley to do work. 1st it is very tiring to stand all day, 2nd it is so tight! in case of fire where to run huh? the road is so tight and packed with trolley here and there! and the funniest part is people pay much more to go to B but in fact it is not much cooler than in C!

i understand that most of my friends wish to be in the OT and some in A&E when we pass out. but i have decided to opt for C-surg. ya lar, must see what is God's plan for me too lar. but that is what i wish to get.
