pure, innocent and perfect

i had been activity watching lots of vcds ever since i found the rental shop in bt panjang and knowing i had passed my sem. exams.

i realised that all love story feeds on the concept of:
1- an innocent person who love 100% despite of...
2- a clean and perfect love (which means that the lovers don't kiss and f*k all day long)
3- love that will face problems and misunderstanding but still overcomes it all
4- the story will be even more enduring if there is some sort of ulgy duckling that suddenly become the centre of a love story, where the partner is the most impossible handsome chap in the show!

and these are the sort of love stories that we grow up loving isn't it? examples are cinderella, beauty and the beast, sleeping beauty, ugly duckling, etc. maybe we are all program to believe that love is all around. there is one for everyone, pretty or ugly. there is always one for me.

maybe all these stories plus the tv shows and movies had taught us that love is a wonderful feeling but there is a lost in the committment issue. afterall there isn't a story that continues on from the point of the wonderful wedding right? haha... maybe people are just happy to fall in love with that being in love feeling while not knowing how to handle the right life issue of being married. hmm...

i think i will go and look for some shows that talks about married couples lar, how they remain in love despite of... if you had ever seen shows that have such topics do tell me leh ok?
