most hardworking award goes to....

recently a friend of mine and i had been going home really late after our afternoon shift. so in an unknown and totally crazy way we started a "who goes home the latest" competition! haha... (afternoon shift ought to ended by 9.30pm after passing of all reports but sometime it will stretch to 10pm. but being a newbie, 9.30pm/10pm are God-gift!) so how did this competition start?

once on a very busy and rather upsetting day...after taking 10 pt with 1 decease case, i was totally worn out. my inner self was screaming for some friendly faces to comfort my soul with funny comments. so i sms my dear "idol" asking her if she was around on shift. she replied that she is but will be knocking off very late cuz there are lots of things uncompleted. i replied its ok, i will come up and meet her. it was around 11pm then. so up up up up to her ward i went. and i spent the next few hours waiting for her... time check... it was til 1.30am that we finally leave her ward. her senior was plain evil!!! instead of saying "have a good rest, tomor u r on morning." she said "aiya... u go lar. tomor then u continue with XXX" after that we went around looking for food but ended up eating at my place. time check-3am, we had finally finished grumbling and "idol" left for home. (i pity her! cuz i slept til 11am before going for my afternoon shift the next day but she had a morning shift)

the day after our late night supper, i was on afternoon shift. taking 13 pt and 3 new renal admission. *faint* and i ended going home at 1.30am!! actually i could had went home earlier but i decided to take my time with the reports and while on my way home, the new pt came back from her dialysis so i decided to stay back a little more to complete her report and stuff. so i sms "idol" telling her that its my turn to go home at 1.30am!

these few days i had been lazing at home preparing to go on night. and 1 night after a lethal can of coke light before sleep (which kept me awake til 3/4am!!!), a got a sms at ~2am from "idol" telling me she was heading home! *faint* then we exchanged a few smses. in the end she replied "lets compete and see who goes home the latest!" haha... i nearly faint! hahaa... so i replied... "such fight i rather lose to u lah" haha... hopefully we will never have to endure such late (hhmm... or early) nights liao!!!

so in conclusion... the MOST HARDWORKING AWARD GOES TO IDOL JIE JIE! haha...
