she hates me and i think i am starting to hate her too!

had i ever told u that my pXXXer hates? she is always giving me 'faces' to see. what is not my fault she also want to nail me! if the person admitting the pt didn't put up the consultant's name and the language spoken, what fault is it of mine that its not up there? just because i am on night? hello.... u r on morning with at least 3 ite students and 3 pca-trainees and hca-trainees! surely they can do something so simply?! 2 persons caring for 20 pt on night is not very light, ok?! plus its my 1st night slot without someone to guide me!

after a long night toiling in sweat, 7am arrived. everyone is busy passing report and the pt tot since there are so many person standing at the enterance of the room surely they are very free. thus call bells for gargle, toilet, shower, blah blah blah flows in. they have no idea its just me handling their request (which ought to be carried out by the morning girls!) argh!!! while handling such request (toileting needs), i hold back a neb dose for a pt. reason for it is that the pt had already 2 dose in the past 6 hrs, 1 dose late will not kill her. plus she isn't wheezing anymore! on the way back from the toilet with my pt, i saw that my dear PXXXer was looking at me with that disdained look, from the corner of her eyes. i hate that sort of look!!! F@#UY.

as if that was not enough.... a sis (i'll call her S2), come along and try to nail me for this and that! SHIT!!! she had been trying to nail me from day1!!! WHY!??! WAT HAD I DONE TO ANGRY THE M-SHIT? I AM NOT ANTI THEM BUT WHY DO THEY HAVE TO DO THAT TO ME!? so what happened was S2 in her gentle manner called me and asked for the whereabout of an equipment that i have no idea why it was. i checked the entire ward during my night and it remains lost. til a SSN told S2 that it had alreayd been returned. ok, fine... then case 2 (on the same day-after my night shift) S2 came and ask me why the pt's teaching wasn't done. the fact was i was trying to look for the file during my night to finish it but it was not around. if the other senior staff had been doing such things why nail the young ones to kill?! F#*$ anyway, the same SSN came to my help and explained that she was the one that did the teaching and she did complete the doc. why it was gone remains unknown. so that shut the S2's mouth shut. (initially i din like SSN but i think she is ok lar. as a friend maybe not as a co-worker?!) case 3-S2 came to make rounds in the rooms and said this and said that. so i got to clear this and clear that lor...

basically after a long long night... nobody cares if u had worked hard, (some people) they just want to question u this and that to make u feel bad and know who's the boss around.

i hate these people. but i like this SSN that i had worked with these nights. she is nice, i want to be her friend. =) its nice to network with powerful people? hmm... must go and check out if my in-laws' and those doctor friends, if they know any ADN or some big shots! then i will prevent getting bully and buttered again and again!
