noisy hateful neighbour

my neighbour living just below me, hates me! they complaint that we drag our tables and chairs in the middle of the night causing them to lose sleep. what can we do to solve this problem?
1- buy a roller-chair ---> no money
2- sleep as early as them i.e. 10 or 11pm ---> sometime i reach home at only 11pm!!!
3- move to a ground floor ---> even no money still!!!
4- to h*@& with their complaints ---> cannot! wait they sue to civil court, how? i want to be good neighbour to them too! even if i don't go around "hello, how are u"!! =_=

its really a shitty idea to live in an old estate's new flat. why? cause the people you live with are the oldies and you are the younger one. the oldies are very sensitive to noisy and smell and whatever not but the younger ones tend to live day by the hour (or day). they oldies sleep and raise early while ME sleep and raise late. the oldies spend their day in the house watching ??? (time passes by? tv? lizards on the wall?) and i work.

lets examin 1 of the differences: to them life is a routine, to me life is able enjoyment.

routine is ...
7.30am - wake up, prepare breakfast for family and see everyone leave for school/ work,
8-10am - wash clothes, clean the house a little and tidy the beds
10am - stroll the market and buy whatevernot. (for healthy walking oldies only)
10.30-11am - return home and pack everything away.
12pm- warm up leftovers and eat for lunch
12-3.30pm - nap/ stare at the wall-clock, wondering when are rest coming home/ watch tv/ daze/ space out/ read newspaper and ponder abt life or what the heck is the youngster vandaling the world into and think of the "good old days" where there were no such thing as washing machine!
3.30-4.30pm - final check on the housecleaning and bring in the laudry and finish whatever that needs to be done
4.30-6.30pm - start preparing dinner while thinking of topics to talk to the family when they return (afterall everyone has a certain qouta of words to be spoken a day! if not met will result in sever mental-unwellness!)
6.30-8.30pm - talk to family members of his/her day (however often negatively recieved and labelled as NAGGY)
9.30-10.30pm - glue to the tv to follow the latest HongKong/ Taiwan/ Korean drama (bless the wonderful tv station that helps to distract these oldies for at least that 1 hour!!)
10.30-11pm - already fast asleep for some while for others they will talk (or NAG/ GRUMBLE) somemore to their son/daughter/grandchildren
11pm - NIGHTS OUT!!! (got a long day tommorow leh...)

enjoyment (at least to me) is...
(on a typical noon shift day)
7.30am - huh?! o_O? pls i can afford a little more sleep! can those auntie hang their bamboos out softer!? what a din! i can't even sleep!!
10-10.30am - good morning world! =) i have enough sleep and i feel ready to face the day. breakfast?
10.30-12pm - wash up, iron clothes, get ready for work
12.35-9.30pm - mad rush at work. (not forgetting skipping lunch/ dinner) but i must say there are enjoyment and woes on a different % spread daily (now that's the excitement of my work!)
9.50pm-10.30pm- go home from work (ON A LUCKY AND LITE DAY!)
**11/12mn - go home from work (on a "i duno why i am so busy" day! ='( *sad*)
XXX- 1.30/2am - wash up, destress/ disengage (A MUST!! IF NOT THE NEXT PSY pt WILL BE ME!!!) via blogging, watching drama/ videos clips, reading emails, surfing internet, blah blah blah
2am - sleep

so u see... both the oldies and me have abt the same span of hours spend awake doing things. but our timing is way off! mine start and ends at least 3 hours after theirs! and within that 3 hours lots of conflicts can happen!!! argh!!!!!!

will someone please advise me? please remember there is 1 commandment that states "thou shall not KILL!!" haha... but then again, if u offer to do the job sweet, smooth and cheap, i might consider! hahaha.... =p

How about sitting on the floor on a comfy piece of carpet? Throw some cushions on the floor to make yourself more comfortable.
