nights out - working.. ^-*

this is my err... 3 or 4th set of night shift. the previous few was a time of adjusting to the workload during the night. learning what time to do what and what sort of preparation prior to the shift and stuff like these.

but what makes night shift different from the 2 other shift is that it gives me opportunity to talk to my senior and learn more from them. on the normal day shift we are always preoccupied by call-bells and changes and various arrangements for procedures. in night shift while tidying up the documents and doing work we can still talk a little cuz most patient will be more quiet and less 'demanding' of cuz since there isn't any relatives around to ask for updates we can be relatively be more relax.

i had learnt alot from my senior this night shift. she is so experience and so so so... willing to share; things that i had not learn from my preceptor and from school. from what i learnt from her, i can only imagine her high standard she had for all her preceptees. secretly i envy her preceptees. no wonder they turn out to be such outstanding individuals.

seniors that i love to work with but they enjoy sharing their laughter and vast knowledge/ experience are: (not in order) SQ, LW, YP, PC, CK, YS. looking at the list i realised they are all chinese! omg... am i racist or is the other non-chinese senior racist?! o_O?! out of the 6, 3 are not with us in the ward anymore. but but... i had yet to learn all that i could!! i wish i will grow to be like them- knowledgable and fast! but =( sadly i fear that i might eventually have to part with YP and YS. YP might transfere out to other places/ duties, as for YS... i might be placed to other teams if so i that will means not having the opportunity to work with her together. as for SQ... we hardly work together but everything being in the same team with her had been a great working experience and eye-opener session!

btw did u spot me on tv? haha... a friend saw it but unbearable to lie that i look pretty on tv, she said "hey, saw u on tv! u look so natural!" haha... nice way to put it huh? ^_^
