my private "research"
i was chatting with my classmate and we spoken abt the documentary "the days of Noah". it is on screen now in Singapore following its screening in Hong Kong. it had attracted lots of viewers sinc its opening. DVD form is also available costing US$8++. i think i will just opt for the cinema's version.
i had always been so amazed by all these 'lost' stuff. so i went on an internet search speed. there are a no. of sites talking about the Noah's ark. in fact there are many people out there looking and searching for the physical remains of it. people of the islamic, jewish and christian faith are all believers of the history of Noah and his ark. one of the very few things that we all agree upon i suppose. but never the less, we did celebrate our differences, right?
i remembered that i had ever received an email from some frds of mine many years ago abt the finding of Noah's Ark. but i think it turned out to be a hoax. hopefully this show "the days of Noah" will be something amazing!
wonder will some exploring team find the 'lost ark of the covernant'? hmm... i had read this funny book, many years ago (haha... boy! i feel so old!). the book wrote about how one of the disciple of Christ (was it paul or thomas? i can't remember) went to some island in Japan and set up a family there. and his offspring was the 'levis' in that island and that they had the ark of the covenant with them placed in a tall tower. only the 'levis' was allowed in, those that are not of the family was strike down when they step into the tower. so it went on and on about how the mystery is finally solved. well, i just found it so amusing. in a nutshell it was just 'reading for fun' category's book. there are plenty of such 'hoax-y' books in the market. at the end of the day, i suppose it is still up to the reader to filter what is fiction what is not. yah?
